Refund policy

Article 1: Reservation conditions

You are purchasing from the time you enter your bank information and when you validate it. In doing so, you explicitly recognize your payment obligation in bag-à-dos.com

Article 2: Return conditions and refunds

In accordance with article L. 221-18 of the consumer code, you are entitled to a retraction period of 14 working days upon receipt of your order for any defective product or if the latter does not suit you. Passing this time no return will be possible. To use your law, you must inform us by email to sacados.contact@gmail.com Accompanied by proof of purchase in order to be able to open a file linked to your refund. Please note that the product return costs as well as the risks incurred when sending postal (package loss, damaged product, etc.) are your responsibility. A refund will only be possible if the product has not been damaged, used and if it is always present in its original packaging, specific to its recommercialization. Once the production is verified and if the criteria presented above are followed, your request will be accepted and we will make (within 15 days after receipt) to a full refund equivalent to the price of the product at the time of purchase on the payment method used during the latter. We remind you that we are not responsible for any loss or damage to the package during its shipment.
